The Program

Sgt. Fitness’s Xtreme Sports Condition program is disgned for the athlete that is committed to reaching the hightest level in their sport.  It is hardcore, rigorous,  and high intensity.  It is meant to give the athlete the conditioning base necessary to become a champion.   It builds stamina/endurance, strength, mental toughness, and will help prevent injury.
